Empowering Minds – Baltimore Experience

During the Baltimore Experience, students will participate in an immersive simulation that challenges them to navigate transportation, budgeting, and grocery shopping decisions faced by families relying on SNAP benefits. Through experiential learning and reflection, participants will gain a deeper understanding of food insecurity, explore the systemic barriers many families encounter, and strengthen their leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
