This fun and social evening is designed for young adults (ages 25-35 years old) to connect, pack food bags, and make an impact. Come solo or bring friends – either way, you’ll leave knowing you’ve made a difference.

I, HEREBY WAIVE AND RELEASE, indemnify, hold harmless and forever discharge Baltimore Hunger Project, LLC and it’s agents, employees and officers, of and from any and all claims, actions or losses for bodily injury, property damage, wrongful death, expenses, causes of action, lawsuits, damages and liabilities, of every kind of nature, whether known or unknown, in law or equity, that I ever had or may have, arising from or in any way related to my participation volunteer activities for Baltimore Hunger Project, LLC, unless the claims, actions or losses for bodily injury, property damage, wrongful death, expenses, causes of action, lawsuits, damages and liabilities, of every kind of nature, whether known or unknown, in law or equity, that I ever had or may have, arising from or in any way related to my participation volunteer activities are the result of negligence by Baltimore Hunger Project, LLC, it’s agents, employees or officers. By this waiver I assume any risk and take full responsibility and waive any claims of personal injury or death or damage to personal property associated with my involvement in Baltimore Hunger Project, LLC volunteer activities and the aforementioned released party unless the personal injury, damage to personal property or death are the result of Baltimore Hunger Project, LLC negligence. Our lawyers make us do this. I permit the use of any photos, slides, films, or sketches taken of me or my child during Baltimore Hunger Project, LLC activities for publicity, advertising, promotion or other purposes. The above agreement shall be binding on my heirs, successors, assigns administrators and executors. I HAVE READ THE ABOVE WAIVER AND RELEASE BY SIGNING IT AGREE. IT IS MY INTENTION TO EXEMPT AND RELIEVE BALTIMORE HUNGER PROJECT, LLC FROM LIABILITY FOR PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE OR WRONGFUL DEATH CAUSED BY NEGLIGENCE OR ANY OTHER CAUSE.
